Shipping Policy

At Cat is King, we know you want your product(s) as soon as possible so your dog can start enjoying their new sanctuary. We work hard to process and ship your order quickly.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (during sales or holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer streamlined shipping to get your package to your doorstep.

  • Express Shipping: 5–12 Business Days

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout (Free shipping on orders over specific amounts if applicable).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  • Tracking Status: It is normal for the tracking link to show "Info received" for 2–4 days while the package is handed off between our global fulfillment centers and the local courier in your country.

  • Please allow up to 5 days for the tracking information to update significantly.

Order Changes & Incorrect Addresses

We prioritize fast processing, which means we have a very small window to make changes to an order after it is placed.

  • Incorrect Address: If you put in the wrong shipping address, please email support@catisking.com immediately (within 1 hour is best). We cannot guarantee that we can change the address once the order has been processed by our warehouse.

  • Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we can reship it to the correct address, but a reshipping fee may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Dog is King is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping once the tracking status shows "Delivered."

  • If your order was lost in transit (and tracking stopped moving for 12+ days), please contact us, and we will assist you in locating it or sending a replacement.

  • If your tracking says "Delivered" but you didn't receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.

International Shipping

We utilize global fulfillment centers to bring our products to customers worldwide.

  • Customs & Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cat is King is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
