At Cat is King, our priority is the happiness of you and your dog. We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all our products. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, or if the size isn't quite right, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them (clean, hair-free, and odor-free).

  • Proof of purchase (Order Number) is required.

Return Options (Refunds)

If you would like to return your item for a refund, we offer three options designed to give you flexibility and save you time.

Option 1: Standard Return (International) You may return the product to our central warehouse in Central Asia.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Tracking: You must use a shipping method that provides a tracking number. Returns without a tracking number cannot be processed.

  • Refund: Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, a full refund for the item price will be issued.

Option 2: Keep the Item + 30% Cash Refund (Best Value) To save you the hassle and cost of international return shipping, you can choose to keep the product.

  • We will issue a 30% refund of the purchase price directly to your original payment method.

  • You are free to keep the product, donate it to a local shelter, or gift it to a friend.

Option 3: Keep the Item + 60% Store Credit If you love the brand but this specific item didn't work out, you can choose to keep the product and receive a discount code for 60% OFF your next order.

  • This is perfect if you want to try a different product in the future.

Exchange Options (Size Issues)

If you ordered the wrong size for your cat, we have a simplified exchange process.

Option 1: Standard Exchange

  • You may return the original item to our central warehouse in Central Asia (customer covers return shipping costs).

  • Once the return is received and inspected, you may place a new order for the correct size.

Option 2: "Hassle-Free" Exchange (Recommended)

  • Keep the original product (no need to pay for return shipping or wait for processing).

  • We will send you a specialized discount code for 60% OFF to purchase the correct size immediately.

  • This is the fastest way to get the right bed for your cat.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please do not use the options above. Instead, email us immediately at support@catisking.com with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement for you right away.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Which Option (1, 2, or 3) you would like to proceed with.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the request is finalized or the return is received.
